I just started hearing about the Freedom to Travel to Cuba Act (or H.R. 874) which would drop travel restrictions for Americans heading to Cuba. Curiously enough, the bill includes an exception that would restrict travel if the U.S. were to go to war with Cuba: good news for those in the military.
