Paris may be a little overwhelming for those looking to find some of the best pastries, breads, cheeses, desserts and wine that the city has to offer, but a helpful tip, as Fodor’s reveals, is to keep your eyes peeled for the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” (MOF) indication on a shopfront, a designation handed down to a lucky few by the French government signifying that those particular proprietors are the best and brightest in one of over 120 different skill categories (only in France).
