Now that the dollar is back on its seemingly inexorable decline against most world currencies, it’s about time for Americans (and East Timorians, Panamanians, etc. . . ) to start thinking again (as if they weren’t already) about those cheap destinations around the world where the dollar still gets some traction, like Southeast Asia.
