Video: Where Else To Hike And Camp But On One Of The World’s Most Active Volcanoes?

Thursday, January 21, 2010

I thought I’d check in with our friends over at as they progress through Latin and South America. Last time we checked in with them they were up to episode two: “Climbing Volcano San Pedro” in Guatemala.

A look at episode six and . . . well they’re still climbing volcanoes in Guatemala. Ah, the leisurely life of a traveler.

Actually, a look at their blog shows they’ve made there way down to South America by now, their videos just take a little time to be produced and uploaded (I can hear ‘ya on that one).

Check out the great location shot at 2:25 as the duo scales Volcano Pacaya, located near Antigua, Guatemala, one of the most active volcanoes in Latin America.

  • Luke

Our these guys still around Antigua? If so I know a guy who would like to grab a beer with them tonight…

    • Hey Luke, Matt is right, we are well into South America, now in Peru. We are preparing for our trek in Torres del Paine, Patagonia in a few weeks. We have some more videos, but as Matt explained, we struggle to get them uploaded. We will be producing videos for the next year it seems with all the footage we have. At least it will keep me busy. Matt, thanks for sharing our videos.
