Here’s What Tokyo’s Shibuya Crossing Looked Like On Halloween Night

Sunday, November 15, 2015

If you thought Shibuya Crossing, Tokyo’s famous crosswalk, was crazy normally, wait until you see what it looks like on Halloween Night.

I shot this clip from the elevated subway station on Halloween night while I was in Tokyo around 9 p.m. My initial intention was to explore the neighborhood to see what it was like during the newly popular holiday. I never made it outside the station.

  • Shibuya Crossing is one of my favorite places in Tokyo. Wow, Tokyo must a great place to be for Halloween! :) Even from this distance, one can see lots of costumes and masks crossing… making their way to some cool party.

Ha, yeah, some crazy costumes and a whole lot of people. Next time I’m showing up much earlier.
