However, my own two cents regarding long-haul flights: choose your seat wisely. If you're a sleeper: get a window seat. If you're a roamer/frequent bathroom use: get an aisle seat. Also, right before you check in, take a look online to see which seats have been sold. You can easily change your seat at the last minute to an empty row to allow you to stretch out for the duration of the flight.
