However, if there were more lions around that day, then the odds diminish for us that indeed that was the lion that was whisked away that fateful June night in front of us.

I loved it so much that I’m going to share it with others. Keep in mind that I don’t share EVERYTHING you write. 
You took an unusual and potentially tragic story and made it funny. Having given birth to you 26 years ago (and to a host of other siblings) laughing is what I need most in this world. It is a joy to share space in the world with you and the rest of our tribe, (in spite of sometimes poor housekeeping standards) and will look forward to the next installment in the lion saga.  It was especially meaningful to me given that I was there for Chapter 2, The Lion is Taken into Custody, while visiting you in Guatemala.  Stuff like that doesn’t happen here in Bismarck.
