Once known as the city’s red-light district, this “anything-goes nuthouse” is now hopping with multi-level clubs, hip restaurants and late night lounges including Astronete<\/a>,<\/span> “a straight-out-of-Williamsburg bar run by a Brazilian couple who once lived in Brooklyn.” A click on the “photo” section of their website links to a Flickr photostream of their patrons basically making out all over the bar.
