If you’ve caught any kind of news the last few days, you have seen the pictures of the Eyjafjallajokull Volcano, in Iceland, sending all kinds of ash 30,000 feet into the air, and creating more than a few headaches for travelers. The volcano, who\u2019s name people aren’t even attempting to pronounce (maybe something like \u00a0Ida-fanla-ilcool), is wreaking havoc across the entire North Atlantic, including much of Europe. The wind pattern, which is looking to continue for another few days, is heading east, creating a giant no-fly zone. Nearly 2\/3 of European flights have been grounded and look to continue for the coming week.<\/p>\n

I have two pieces of advice for you: 1) double check your plane tickets before heading to the airport, and 2) roll with it. In line with number 2, there are some absolutely stunning pictures floating around the cyber air-space surrounding this phenomenon. I thought I would share some of them, to help pass the time for all those nursing drinks the airport bars.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
